I have been trying to get a resolution to my issues with the pizza oven I ordered since January of this year. I have sent requests as well as pictures showing the oven distorting when heated as well as of the cracked welds inside the oven and on the top of the pellet burner. I often do not recieve any response to my correspondences and when I do recieve a response it is borderline combative or simply telling me the issues I am having are normal. Resolution Sought I would like the damaged items replaced or a refund.
