My family flew R/T to Cairo from Miami, I got very sick and I had to cut my vacation short to come back to the USA. The airline asked me to send an email along with a medical report to give me the refund, it's been Almost a month and they never get back to me. I called more than 10 time and email several times but no luck My reservation number is Ozrsd6 Under 3 names Marwa, Yomna, Alia Resolution Sought Refund me the money
