Our video doorbell has not worked consistently in 5 months . Needs to be serviced but QEI keeps making then breaking appointments and doesn't come to fix the problem. I have paid monthly for service but not getting what I pay for. Please get after them to get this fixed and resolved ASAP Resolution Sought Replace video doorbell with a working one a plus a $500 credit for 5 months of outage .
