STAY AWAY FROM QEI AND CPI!!!!! Don't service their customers!!!! QEI BOUGHT BY CPI AND NOW NO SERVICE

QEI WAS BOUGHT BY CPI. Neither company had resolved a 5 month issue of a defective video doorbell. They now use an answering service instead of their own customer service and neither QEI OR CPI RETURN PHONE OR EMAIL MESSAGES. Stay away from these extremely poor running companies who do not support, service or value their customers!!
