I have Qlink Wireless phone service with the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline. They cut my phone off every month around the 25th and tell me I have to buy minutes to get it cut back on. Isn't this considered fraud, especially since the government is paying for low income families to have this service. Let me spell this out. It says online that they have 4 million customers if they are cutting every 4 million customers off and requiring them to pay $5 to get their phone cut back on, that's $20,000,000 they are making on top of what the ACP and Lifeline is already paying for the phone service. They are taking advantage of people with disabilities and low income families. Something has to be done about this company. Thank you. Resolution Sought Qlink should honor what the ACP and Lifeline service are providing for low income families, which is unlimited talk and data. Thank you.
