They were to steam clean my carpet when the gentleman man showed up he brought in a bunch of different machines that they had never used before so I had my husband call the company and question why the difference in cleaning methods from the past They stated the cleaning truck had been in an accident and was in the repair shop so they would have to clean with a portable cleaning unit which we stated that is not what we contacted for and could do ourselves for less of a cost so he asked her to please talk to me since he was at work. The place of business called me and I told her this was not acceptable and could have been avoided of they had let is known that they weren't sending the truck and of we wanted to reschedule her husband than spoke up front they other line pm the speaker phone and told her "she had no clue what she's taking about you will never make her type of person happy hang up on her "and he had told the gentleman cleaning to pack everything up a to walk out after this man had already sprayed something all over my carpets. He himself said he wouldn't leave it in the carpets so before left he sectioned at least living room carpet but left the other carpets with it on it. Resolution Sought They need to know that this is not except legal treatment to promise or enter into one contract with a customer and then show and do a totally different job and treat the customer like garbage and expect to be paid for a job well done
