I paid for a week not knowing it wasn't refundable he never told me things came up I have to leave personal issues and won't refund for days I didn't stay everything is closed down and they didn't bother to tell me till after I paid pool breakfast laundry and gym all closed due to covid. Resolution Sought Just give me my money back for the days I didn't stay.

The person paid for a week. We have posted in plain sight that there are no refunds. They left early for personal reasons. The pool in the lobby area we told them is down because of Covid as well as the breakfast. There are seat food places within walking distance, such as the Cracker Barrel.
