Had a fence put up by Quality (Ken Gunther) his people did a wonderful job. We didn't think we could dispose of the old fencing so said for them to. But we found someone to take it for us at NO COST. When Ken came to pick up balance for fence, we explained we didn't use them to dispose of fencing. But he still wants to charge me for it . So we paid the balance without the disposal fee of $340. He was very rude about it causing agreement. Would not explain why he was charging us for something they didn't do? And he said it's in the contract. But you didn't do the work, don't care that's our fault Resolution Sought Be even

This company installed a roof on my home due to hurricane Zeta in November 2020. I have not been able to get them to send me a final invoice and warranty certificate. They also have not fixed the leak that was created by their workers in my patio. I have not been able to get a response as of today, September 29,2021.Not sure how much it will cost to stop the leak, but if they don't have the means to do so I want to pay someone to come out and do the repair Resolution Sought Send me my final invoice, completed warranty certificate and repair my patio leak
