Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was going to quality healthcare to receive Botox for over a year. This establishment offered sales if you by the services in advance. I purchased 40 units of Botox totally the amount of $400.00. My last appointment was in November of 2023, there was a mix up in appointments & I missed my actual app. After missing the app I called to get a new one & use the units I paid for . They stated that I had no units left . I I fact have 40 units equaling $400. I've called several times to try and either dispute this with them or come to a resolution . They refuse to return the money or render the service of the 40 units of box which I paid for in advance. I just recently called again today 3/18/24 and got the same result . This company is u professional & is probably doing this to so many poor people. I would like the money back for a service that was never provided Resolution Sought I would like my money returned, $400.00.
