I was in Missouri one night with my kids and we needed a place to sleep so I got on Priceline to book a room and once I booked the room for some reason it booked the wrong day so I had to book again for that night so for the wrong day booking I called immediately and had been calling everyday since the 12th of October 2024. The Priceline people and the quality in people gave me the run around all the way up until the day after the reservation day which was the 27th. So not only did they not give me my money back, they wouldn't change the date and I couldn't stay at the room because it was too late. Resolution Sought Give me my money back! I'm a single parent.

Company states; We didn't charge. They booked with third party and we don't control third party reservations. So please let them know to contact where they booked. Thanks,
