Choice Hotel members we booked our stay online when we get here the man at the desk tello's that his manager does not take points so why your choice hotel why do you publish that your choice hotels why do you have a big banner in your logic says Choice Hotel I get in in the morning to use the computer the manager of the hotel is on the computer in the lobby tells us that it's going to be an hour don't touch anything very rude very very rude if you look at other if you ever look at other reviews they are said the same thing and I see why customer service is horrible horrible you did not care about anything that I ask for just want to leave the review
