I paid a deposit for a room at the Quality inn in villa rica ga on june 14 2023 and has assured my money would be returned to me within seven days. It has been thirty days amd the charge is still pending as per my bank statement. I cannot file a dispute even with my bank bc it is pending. I have been to the hotel four times to try and resolve this issue and also in communication with choice hotels themselves but no one will help me nor return my money. Resolution Sought Give me my money back

Company states; Quality Inn has released guest Monday June 14, 2023. Transaction was voided. We issued a copy of the release document to BCA for their records.
