Made reservations and paid on 11/02/23, Got there and was told we didn't have reservations. Was treated rudely. Called and spoke with a lady who called and tried to give him our itinerary number and clerk hung up on her. She tried to call back several times and he would not answer. I said I want a refund. She said I could get a voucher for 2 night stay. I have never gotten either. Further talks through my bank states that they claim I did indeed stay the weekend. We left and stayed at Hampton Inn ,in Peach Tree. They are hoping to get away with this but I was there for my aunt's funeral. It was a hard time and Quality Inn made it worse. Very unprofessional,rude,and selfish of them. We have proof of purchase receipt on my phone, o Quality Inn and of Hampton Inn, where we Actually stayed. I really need compensation for this happening. Resolution Sought I would appreciate my money returned, Or even a voucher to stay elsewhere. Thank you for your help.

The customer had a booking by third party. And was a no show on the date of the reservation. Our Cancellation Policy has a no refund on that.
