I purchased 3 boomerang balls from a company called Hajimari and they are trash. I contacted Hajimari several times via email and phone asking for instructions on how to return because it doesn't have instructions online. All it says online is that you have 30 days to return and receive a refund. An automated message keeps sending me emails stating they are going to contact me but I never received a call or an email with the information I need. I'm afraid they will wait until the 30 days is over to contact me, then say it's too late to receive a refund. Resolution Sought Contact them and let them know that I contacted the BBB because they are committing fraud.
