Show the customer the weight of the recyclables and not just sign whatever on the yellow card

When bringing my recyclables this time the deputy measuring my cans did not show me how much my cans were. In addition he did not show me how much my plastic bottles weighed. He presented me a card to show the weighted recyclables. I was instructed to sign to acknowledge my agreed upon weight and cash distribution. I did not sign my name as we are still in covid. On the the receipt given it does gives note of the weight master certificate, "accuracy" of the weighted recyclables. I put cv19 on signature line as I don't believe my recyclables were weighed correctly again was never shown of the actual weight during the time of weighing the items. To feel intimidated to sign when the recyclables were not weighed in order to get my money. I did receive my receipt. I asked for the supervisor name was told the supervisor for this location was named Brent. On the receipt the deputy name was josh and the weight master was S Matthew. I feel the business should practice better in showing and explaining the process of the weighted recyclables to the customer so they acknowledged the weighted items for the agreed amount to sign. I'm afraid the practices of this business are not accurately weighing the items and are short changing the customers. They amount I received was at least 10 dollars than what I expected. Show the customer the weight of the recyclables and not just sign whatever on the yellow card that is presented to calculate the weighted items to receive the customers money.
