They waited till I got done filing my taxes to tell me there was not doing the money bag in house

I went to Quality Tax Service to file my taxes they say they the home of the money bag. They waited till I got done filing my taxes to tell me there was not doing the money bag in house. They say they was going to send it off to a bank I was towed 72 hours I would have my advancement for my taxes every time I call all I get is the banks are moving slow. Then I was told on one 29th of this month that my money was on my card still have not received it they're false advertising. To tell people up front they're not doing the money back program in house instead of waiting until the taxes are filed and charge you $299
