I brought my 2006 Ford Freestyle SUV to them with the part needed in hand, I showed them my diagnostic print out, my vehicle was in perfect running condition before they worked on it and allegedly replace the GSR valve, soon after I noticed a loud disturbing noise from the engine, and electrical technical difficulties the radio volume began going up and down by itself. The engine began making extremely loud noises and the SUV started jerking in drive and reverse. And now my vehicle will not go over 10 miles an hour. When i was driving the SUV sounded like a motor cycle. My vehicle shakes now, which it never did before, then they charged me a diagnostic test for $120, than came back 5 minutes later and said they don't fix transmissions and it's the transmission. This company has had several dozen complaints against them for this same infraction, and there's a pattern with this company, single, black females. And they use the receptionist at the front desk to wheel us in, even she admitted that my van ran perfectly before they worked on it. Resolution Sought I want a full refund.
