No communication on orders

On Dec 6th 2018, an order was placed.On Dec 15th, I recieve an email that it was just then being processed. Okay, still thinking I would recieve an update and would be delivered before Christmas. I emailed them on Dec 16th hoping to get a response or refund if item was not ready.No response! On Dec 19th, I sent another email, yet NO RESPONSE! You can call, auto phone service. If you don't know party's ext. Your out of luck.All numbers posted lead to same recording.They do not want to talk to customers.
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
