Take corrective action against the employee or fire Them for treatments of their customers that way.

I was treated much pretty disrespectfully by the employees was told to see my ID. He shown it in other two rooms. Guy said after asking the first time, I hope that attitude isn't towards me or we are gonna have a problem. I said I could just if you prefer that if that's how you feel . He said maybe it would be better if you left the store . I ignored him and continued to shop in the store and the more I thought about how he acted so I left. I game back asked for his name and told me it was none of business so I could report him to his supervisor after spending money in the store before this even happened where I showed my card in that part of the store.

Prior to filing his complaint he spoke to our manager who assured him that the video tape of his visit to our store would be reviewed and if appropriate, action to staff would be taken. This did not satisfy Mr. Lloyd who wanted us to provide him with free product and terminate a staff member immediately. Mr. Lloyd set his previously purchased merchandise on the counter and walked out. Our manager credited his charge card with that merchandise. The manager and I met that afternoon and reviewed the videotape. The customer was asked to show his ID twice; the first time was when he made a credit card purchase in one part of the store (all customers are required to show an ID when using a credit card for their protection and for ours). The second time was when he entered a separate part of the store, the adult section, this ID is required by the State of Ohio because there are sex toys for sale and no one under 19 can enter. While it would be far more convenient for our staff to only ID customers once, or not at all, we have to be responsible and follow the laws. This is how we have stayed in business for 50 years! After reviewing the video we determined that the staff had followed proper procedure and that Mr. Lloyd had been compensated for the product that he returned.
