I purchased copeptide and tropocollagen from quantum facial. The persons I talked with were Maytor and the owner of quantum facial Percy Von lipinski. On 6/20/2024 I returned 8 boxes of collagen and 8 boxes of copeptide total 16 boxes $960. On 3/26/24 I paid $1,260 to Percy Von lipinski. He received my return items, but he said not 16 boxes, I had post office receipt showed 15 pounds. I told him bring the returned item to post office and weight again to see 15 pounds or less . He refused to do that. That's mean the owner( Percy Von lipinski) scammed, liar n fraud. He know if he go to post office the weight will not be 15 pounds, because he does not want to refund full amount back to me, he hide a few box somewhere. Do not buy anything from this quantum facial, especially do not deal with this owner, Percy von lipinski scammed, liar n fraud. When I asked my refund back , he accused me a liar n he used Fuck language to me as I am his customer. please look at his texts n the receipt of post office and his pic. Resolution Sought I would like my total back $1,260 plus $1,000 penalty by his accusation on me, he make me more depressed n anxiety. I am his client, he accused me a liar n he used fuck language on me, what kind of business man said that to client. I had proofs to show you.

This person is unfortunately unstable. We’ve repeatedly tried to ask her where to send her refund, but refuses to respond. The product she returned we are in total agreement to refund, however she insists on getting paid for samples that we gave to her and she did not pay for. We asked her where to send her $640 in refund, but she continues to slander our CEO, and is looking to scam us for $1200+. This is unacceptable. We are not going to give in to scammers.
