I have been a customer of this business for 18 years and never experienced anything like this before. I was down to my last 3 payments and got behind a month due to being short staffed at work and unable to go into the store. Before Allen came to the store I was able to make payments over the phone not reason sure why he stopped but he did. Allen harassed me at work, calling me constantly throughout the day and even pop up at my house numerous of times. At that point I was feed up with the harassment and decided to block him. He even took me to court because he started that he pulled my credit report and saw that I was trying to get a car (was co-signed for my child). At this point I thought the court was handling everything and was waiting to pay. Unfortunately they didn't do anything so Allen started back with the harassment. At this point I'm over them so I decided to go pay and come to an agreement. I agree to pay all the court cost plus what I owe which came out to $480. Allen is rude and very racist. He stated that he didn't want my money and that I should just return my furniture in which I had paid over $1000. I asked him who could I speak to because this wrong. He stated the owner and I asked for a card. He throw the card down instead of handing it to be. Allen is a rude racist and should not be working with the public. I called the number he gave me but was still unable to reach the owner. Resolution Sought At this point, they should just write the balance to 0. I tried to pay him and because he is rude and racist he wouldn't take my money. The store is Lake Village need new friendly staff or just need to shut down . I know I owe them but I still need to be treated like any other customer. I was only 1 month behind with 3 payments left to go. So they should just 0 this out and stop harassing me especially since I offered to pay.
