Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I was ordered to have blood work by my PCP. I went on 12/12/25 and she wasn't able to get blood out and i had gotten queasy and had to leave. I went back the next day to another quest and had to have 2 phlebotomists try to get blood as i passed out. My arms have been numb and bruised. When they send the blood to the lab they only checked for CMP AND CBC AND NOT THE MAIN ORDER AND THREW THE BLOOD AWAY!!! I have been calling every single day and no one told me they kept saying just that it is still in process. Called my doctor today and the front desk told me they closed it out and got rid of the order. I had to take a medication after i took the blood work to make sure the test isn't false positive after the meds. NOW HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW Resolution Sought Answers, apologies, reprimanding? Anything but mostly just my lab results. I cannot go back to get bloodwork I passed out twice!

I contacted my insurance company because I wanted to know why they wouldn't pay this bill, I was informed by my insurance company that quest diagnostics had sent the bill through Colorado instead of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas. So I contacted quest diagnostics to see if they would, please rebill through the state of Kansas as my psychiatrist is licensed in Kansas. She may be out of Colorado, but she is licensed in Kansas, it is virtual sessions and she is in-network. They denied it saying that the billing was accurate and that they go by the NPL and then they had the audacity to blame my insurance company, even after my insurance company specifically told me that all they would have to do is just re-bill through Kansas. Quest diagnostics is a joke, they never have openings when they are supposed to have openings, even if you make an appointment you still wait forever. This happens to be one of the preferred labs through my insurance company and they are an absolute joke, a terrible company, and they treat people like garbage, especially Nicole the CSR that answered my phone call. She got loud and argumentative with me and so I got loud and argumentative back. & yes I hung up on her with her nasty little attitude. She does not deserve that job and quest diagnostics should pay this bill or re-bill accordingly. Resolution Sought Re-bill BCBS through the state of Kansas or wipe my balance due to your negative rude little CSR.
