They have scammed me into a open never ending contract. This is not fare to me and my family please help me do something about this issue. They offered 186,000 for my home that there Definitely not going to give me I offered them to take over the tenant 450,000 they won't do it I have a squatter in my home that's giving me a headache for the past year and a half I've been trying to get the squatter out of my home the company won't let me off the contract I want to get out the contract as an opened and the contract basically not fare at all Filed a memorandum that's written poorly on my home please help me. That was done on purpose I have be tricked in to this and I don't like it this is effecting me and my family now Resolution Sought Let me out of the contract asap or buy my home for 150,000.

Company states: We are working with Mr. Jones to remedy this. We have a legal binding contract that we fulfilled. However, he promised to deliver the home vacant! Since receiving this letter, Mr. Jones knows his obligations and agrees and understands (we have proof of recorded call). He agreed to pay us $5,000 to release him, which he happily agreed to on October 20, 2023.
