QuickChek complaints

On march 16th, I ordered food from quick check to be delivered. The total came to 73.32. I am a single mother of 3 kids and this is a lot of money for me but it was a special occasion and my kids really wanted to get their favorite subs from here. I placed the order and about a half hour later received a message that the order was canceled by quick check and to contact the store which I immediately did. I also contacted my card that I used once the amount was processed. The store (quick check) never gave us any of the items therefor what did we pay for?!!! I OFFERED TO come pick up the food they said they couldn't do it and since that amount was charged u didn't have any extra money to go and spend another 70 on stuff so basically, I called the corporate number at least three or four times and spoke to somebody in great detail. This manager called me back leaves me a message. I called him back and now he doesn't answer. It's already been a month almost and I don't think they have any plans in refunding me because to them. I am just some little person that doesn't matter and they figure what am I gonna do about it right? It's not like I can afford to hire a lawyer and sue them, but I don't think it's right to take money. That's almost more than a half days of pay for me. Take that for me and we don't get anything for it. It's not right so they should have a file. This complaint filed against them and they should still refund it then and resolve it so this is ridiculous. Resolution Sought I want my refund because it's not fair for them to do this. They need to refund me that money back. It should've already been refunded back. It's ridiculous. There's no reason that they should even be calling me back-and-forth and playing phone tag refund darn money you know. I don't think they have any plans on refunding me this money like I really just don't reason they would've refund me back already if they were going to this was march 16th!
