I ordered a red tractor quilt from Quiltcozy and received a duvet cover. Quiltcozy in their advertisement said 30 day guarantee. The quilt arrived to my house on October 23, 2021. I immediately sent an email explaining what I received was not a quilt. They said they looked up the order and it correct. I want to return this duvet cover and get my money back. They will not email me back. Thank you, Beth Davis Resolution Sought To refund my money and let me return the merchandise.
