I purchased a new Jeep and a lifetime warranty and service contract. I paid $1935 for the contract and the first time I had need to use it Quirk in Dorchester refused to honor it. The contract clearly says that no dealership has the authority to modify or change any provisions of this plan. This is clearly a breach of contract, but it doesn't seem to matter to them. I'm 72 years old and shouldn't have to drive all over the place to find someone who will honor the contract when the Quirk dealership is literally across the street. Resolution Sought I would like Chrysler to convince Quirk to Honor the contract or return the $1935 I paid the it.
