I had taken my truck there to have a repair done that they had quoted me on an hour labor (175$) I got a phone call a couple hours later stating that the mechanic had broke a piece of my catalytic converter( the bung that held the 02 sensor in) and then told me it was unfixable, they had blamed rust corrosion etc on the job and ended up quoting me a new part and labor for 2100$, I asked if there was any other way things could be taken care of like asking them if they could split the cost of the part or something , he talked to his service manager and says that oh well we think we can weld the ( bung) back inside the catalytic converter and said I would have to just pay the labor and that there's no guarantee that it would work, well they charged me 5 hrs of labor700$ for a crappy weld job and I made it not even a 1/4 mile from the dealer and it broke down throwing codes again. So instead of them splitting the cost of the cat that they broke was there solution was to weld something that they knew wasn't going to work . Resolution Sought I want my money back.
