I called because my trash didn't get picked up. First they called me a liar saying my trash wasn't at the driveway. When I told them I walked it up there myself so I know it was out there. The lady told me I needed to pay my bill. When I told her they just took 144$ out of my account she hung up on me. The owner called me back. Proceeded to tell me I needed to pay my f****** bill and this stuff wouldn't happen when I said I paid my bill and I was gonna call the bbb on him he laughed. Kept cussing at me. I asked him is this how you talk to your customers he laughed again, and kept proceeding to drop the f word on me. So I hung up on him Resolution Sought Apologize to me. And pick my trash up.

Our company has a policy to stop services if the bill isn't paid. Ashley Hecht owed for 7 months of trash service that they already received and neglected to pay on. Ashley made a partial payment, and we resumed services as a courtesy even though they still owed for two months of services. When the driver drove by the location to pick up the trash on the normal trash day the trash can was not at the street. The driver then wrote down on the route sheet that he knew the location was suspended previously but was restarted and that the tote was not out by the street where it needs to be for pickup. Ashley then called our office and was immediately extremely vulgar towards the Secretary. The Secretary told her nicely several times that she must contact the dispatcher to get the tote picked up since it was not out the night before. Ashley continuously screamed obscenities since she claims it was out. There is no reason for the driver to not pick up a tote that was not shut off for nonpayment. The driver sat outside the location to write down on the route sheet that they should be out because they were not cut off anymore and were not. We sent a separate truck out to the location two times in that same day to dump the trash tote for this customer and it still was not at the curb like it should have been. My company is now out more fuel and time while trying to reconcile this issue. The owner of the company then called Ashley to try to reconcile the issue and she continuously cussed at him and would not listen to reason. He asked her several times to calm down and stop cursing and she would not. We provided a service we were not paid on for seven months then were continuously harassed when the customer did not have out their trash tote on pickup day. We will not be treated this way by anyone, so we have stopped all services at this location, and they still owe for services they have already received.

Due to the holidays we got a little behind on the bill. I am currently pregnant as well and high risk. Earlier I was napping and got woke up to a loud bang. I proceeded to get up and rush outside to find that the owner had dumped the trash from the can in our front yard. I called the office twice to be told they do to all customers that have overdue bills. I have pictures to prove what they did and I have a witness as well. Resolution Sought They need to come get the trash and conduct themselves in a more professional manner.

The customer at this location has owed us money since March 2022 and has refused to pay it. We have tried to contact James several times with no payment or any attempt to pay anything on his outstanding bill. The holidays as the person stated in their statement is not 10 months worth of service. They never called to say they were going to be late, would make payments or even thanked us for providing service without payment for such a long period of time while in their words "were a little behind because of the holidays." They receive a bimonthly bill that they have refused to pay. A business can not sustain 10 months without payment from their customers after they have received the service. We had stopped service several times before due to non payment at this location, declining credit card payments or any contact from the customer. We have a drop box, online payments, over the phone payments ect. They have not made any conscious effort to pay their bill in 10 months. The person who made the complaint is not listed on the bill as a contact. We have no record of this person living at this location. We have zero record of her calling and talking to anyone. The customer still owes $189 bill for services they have already received.
