Purchased Kansas City Steaks 9.5 oz RibEye Steaks. Got home cooked steaks like told in phamplet. When done steak did,'t look like steak advertised on TV. Think it was the Bait and Switch scam. Tasted like cardboard very tough and a lot of grizzle. Called QVC 800 # WAITED on line for an hour both times then line went dead after an hour. The 3rd time after 45 minutes got a representative. Told the problem to rep. Was told I don't know how to cook a steak and I don't know grizzle is fat. Been cooking steaks for 60 yrs know how to cook and difference from fat and grizzle. Then she said no refund or replacement then she hung up on me. Called Kansas City steaks they doing nothing cause 3rd party. No where is it written about 3rd party on 100 QUARANTEE . If don't like will replace or refund. Both companies are liable. Resolution Sought A full apology and a refund or replacement of same cost but different cut of meat. Steaks where purchased on 1/14/2024 started complaint 1/24/2024 have receipt and 100 0quarantee statement.

QVC regrets the concern that our customer had regarding an order placed. Mr. Willis ordered the Kansas City (6) 9.5-oz Garlic & Herb Boneless Ribeye's on 1/14/24. He contacted our Customer Service team on 2/5/24 and shared that he did not like the steaks. A full refund of $19.99 was issued to his QCard. The item was on easy pay with 5 monthly installments. The remaining unbilled easy pay installments were cancelled. There are no additional refunds due for this purchase. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to respond to this inquiry.

Tracking shows as delivered however there was no signature required and therefore package wasn't delivered at the shipping address. Not sure if it was delivered to a different address or if it was stolen. I have no idea what happened but my mom was home all day and nothing was delivered. I spoke with QVC and they refuse to refund me because shipping shows as delivered. But they aren't taking the fact that items get stolen or are delivered to a different address all the time. Since there was no signature required for this package anyone could have gotten the package. I have proof showing that I was told numerous times that my refund would return to my account however now they are saying no. The representatives I spoke to the past 2 days kept telling me my refund was coming. But magically never showed up. Order page shows as a refund processed in the amount of $220.36 and the order number. Now my account is canceled because they canceled it. A little suspicious if you ask me. Resolution Sought I want refunded!!!!

Company states; QVC regrets the concern that our customer had regarding the delivery of a package. Ms. Riggs indicates she ordered the Pre-Owned Apple iPhone 11 Pro MAX 64GB GSM/CDMA Smartphone on 7/14/23 and never received the item. UPS tracking indicates the package was delivered on 7/18/23. This is the same address that appears on the customer's BBB complaint. Regrettably, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement for this item as tracking does indicate the package was delivered. Ms. Riggs has been advised that she may file a dispute with her credit card company for this transaction. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to respond to this inquiry.
