In early October I ordered a ECO FLOW 3, 1500wht Power Station Trolley + 160W Solar Panel. 5 minutes after ordering, I called back to Cancel because I found out it's not like a generator that I wanted. Was told by the customer service rep that it couldn't be canceled because it was already shipped out. I couldn't believe it was shipped so I said OK. I'll return it once it comes. It came to my home. I called customer service to get a return shipping label, the lady told me it will be shipped out. I would receive it within 5 to 7 business days. I've been told this several times it is now November 12 and still no shipping label. Can you please help me to get this product out of my home? Resolution Sought I really appreciate if you could get them to send me a dish shipping label. I've been waiting almost a month. I want this item out of my home.

QVC cancelled my order without my knowledge and refused to release a funds authorization from a cancelled order. They advised me to call my bank Navy Federal credit union to cancelled the pending authorization and my bank advised that wasn't the process. Erica (LEAD) was very unhelpful, rude and provided me with the false and misleading information above! I've informed QVC more that once I wanted my funds to be returned to my card immediately and they refused to honor my request. Resolution Sought I the fund to be returned to my account immediately and reason provided why my order was cancelled to begin with!

QVC regrets the concern that our customer had regarding a recent ordering experience. Ms. Nelson ordered on 05/03/24 a Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 3 12.4" - Intel i5, 8GB, 256GB. Regrettably, we were unable to verify the needed information to complete the order which resulted in the order being canceled on 05/04/24. Typically, when an order is canceled it may take the customer's bank 3-10 days to remove the authorization that was obtained when the order was submitted for processing. I spoke to Ms. Nelson and reviewed the reason her order was canceled and apologized for the poor customer service she experienced. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing her. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to address this issue.
