Was just on Facebook and something called qvcshopnow.com was advertising Clark's orthopedic shoes and other types as well. Are you doing this?? Is this another entity using the Q name and setup. By the way you had 20 minutes to place the order. Please advise and thank you! Resolution Sought Please advise if this is YOUR legitimate business practice...as the prices on that site qvcshopnow.com on Facebook were very inexpensive. Thank You

QVC deeply regrets our customer's concern regarding a website inquiry. Ms. Hutnick reached out to inquire about a website she came across and wanted to obtain validity. It appears Ms. Hutnick has found a site posing as QVC. After reviewing the information provided by Ms. Hutnick, the website (Facebook), and the website's name (qvcshopnow.com), they are not affiliated with QVC. I attempted to call Ms. Hutnick on 1/15/26 and 1/16/26, along with an email on 1/16/26 but was unfortunately unsuccessful in connecting with her. We wanted to inform Ms. Hutnick that if she did make a purchase, we would suggest she contact the issuing bank for the credit card used to see if there are any options available to her. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused but truly appreciate you allowing me the opportunity to respond to this inquiry.

I ordered a Baltimore Ravens jacket at a discount for $22 and $13 for express shipping I had been two weeks now I got an email telling me that my package item was delivered two days ago and I went to the front desk where they said the delivery was made and for two days I've asked the front desk was a package received for me and no package was ever delivered I contacted the company to tell them I wanted my money returned back to me and they kept asking me every question except when my funds would be returned and told me they would send me to their technicians for my refund to be returned and that I had to pay a $5 fee then without my knowledge I was sent to an attorney office in which they took $45 out of my account without my knowledge and I contacted them again to tell them I didn't hire any attorney and to take me off their list and to give me back all my money and then they started asking me the same questions I already answered from before and they didn't give back my money from the item I purchased and never received Resolution Sought I want them to refund all my money I purchased for the jacket and the $50 they took without my permission for some attorneys I didn't ask for
