I ordered a Baltimore Ravens jacket at a discount for $22 and $13 for express shipping I had been two weeks now I got an email telling me that my package item was delivered two days ago and I went to the front desk where they said the delivery was made and for two days I've asked the front desk was a package received for me and no package was ever delivered I contacted the company to tell them I wanted my money returned back to me and they kept asking me every question except when my funds would be returned and told me they would send me to their technicians for my refund to be returned and that I had to pay a $5 fee then without my knowledge I was sent to an attorney office in which they took $45 out of my account without my knowledge and I contacted them again to tell them I didn't hire any attorney and to take me off their list and to give me back all my money and then they started asking me the same questions I already answered from before and they didn't give back my money from the item I purchased and never received Resolution Sought I want them to refund all my money I purchased for the jacket and the $50 they took without my permission for some attorneys I didn't ask for

I ordered a tablet for my daughter for Christmas. I saved money all year for this. I used the pay in 4 option. They charged 464 on my card shipped the package (ipad pro). The package never came. I called I talked to a gentleman and he sent a replacement. I checked the website couple days later. I couldn't login. So I called. I spoke to several other people for a hour before speaking to someone in management that stated someone made a mistake. They said they where canceling my account and not refunding any money. And where going to charge me for the full amount still. Simultaneously almost getting a notification from ups that they where requesting the replacement ipad to return to sender. So in conclusion my kids going to have a hard Christmas and me a repeat customer for years buying big ticket items was being punished for qvcs mess up. I am really disappointed and discouraged with this whole situation. It's really hard for us with the way the economy is and on top of that I feel scammed. I would really like to get a refund or the item purchased but this is looking like a Dream. I lost access to my payment info and qvc is holding my card info hostage. Also qvc has the get it by 12/25 guaranteed. I was told different things from every representative and being assured that they would make sure I got the package promised. Teresa the resolution specialist got on the phone after a 30 min hold was the dream killer. All reps said opposing things. QVC regrets the concern that our customer had regarding the delivery of a package. Mr. Chandler ordered an Apple iPad Pro on 11/29/2024. Regrettably, Mr. Chandler indicated that he never received the item. However, UPS tracking indicates the package was delivered on 12/5/2024. A replacement order was issued but was regrettably returned to QVC. Unfortunately, we were unable to issue a refund or reissue another replacement as the tracking information and UPS indicates the package was delivered. I spoke with Mr. Chandler on 1/23/2025 where he communicated that he was advised and has since filed a dispute with his financial institution where he was awarded his refund of $464.43. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused but truly appreciate Mr. Chandler's patience and understanding while we reviewed his concern. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to respond to this inquiry.

I was awarded my refund on one payment. They are still charging for the remainder of the balance over 1000$. QVC is good at covering their losses on their end but doesn't care shot customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. I am not going to use qvc again and will be sure to pass this along to any one thinking of using qvc. There is no proof of delivery and this matter was not investigated properly on qvc side or ups. There response from qvc states I was awarded a refund hire is that when it's my money. Just the response shows lack of care of the customer.

QVC deeply regrets the concern that our customer had regarding the delivery of a package. Mr. Chandler ordered an Apple iPad Pro on 11/29/2024. Regrettably, UPS tracking indicates the package was delivered on 12/5/2024. Unfortunately, we were unable to issue a refund or reissue another replacement due to the proof of delivery provided by UPS. I spoke with Mr. Chandler on 1/23/2025, and he communicated that he was advised and has since filed a dispute with his financial institution, where he was awarded his refund of $464.43. Unfortunately, the remaining balance will remain on his QVC account. Regrettably, QVC does not issue replacements or refunds for packages that are claimed to be missing after delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused but truly appreciate Mr. Chandler's patience and understanding while we reviewed his concern.
