Their items are not getting to the customer and customer service isn't taking any calls and neither is their chat line. No where to get resolution. Taking orders but no service. Unbelievable. Absolute horrendous shipping. Other companies dealing with have no problems with shipping. Have as many employees on customer service as you do taking orders. Fix your issues with customer service.

Policy change - if you are running a show price should reflect current price.

I ordered a today's special value on qvc2- hey price advertised was previously recorded and was now 7.00 higher. When I called they stated it was previously recorded and therefore price was no longer good - but they are running show at the time of Order - very sleazy. Was a line that said previously recorded but do not say price was no longer good.
