I got and i am financing a 2007 chevy malibu. within one year owning this vechile i had t6o repl the brakes. Almost got seriously injured the front sway bar control arm tire rod was damaged my friend help me fix it the dealersship stated they would pay half the cost then turned around and said no now my engine light is on and dont know yet what is wrong it keeps stalling or shutting down i ask the dealership twice put me in another car instead of doing5 that they ask me to pay 2 k more on this car or downpayment on another one i am on social security make 1096 a month i cannot afford to do that there is no warranty my insurance doesnt cover repairs i will be left without a car lose my doctors and get really sick Resolution Sought either get me in another car same payments not pay for two payments or down payment on a car or give me my 1750 down what i paid in car payments for 16 mths at 206 a month which is 3296 and pay the rest for this awful car they gave me one problem after another i told them will not last me another 4 yrs

I bought a car from them 8 months ago. they told me it was totally fine. Within the first week of ownership I had to spend nearly $4000 in repairs. Over the course of the 8 months I've owned the vehicle, it's performance progressively got worse. It had spent a total of 3 months in the shop over the course of ownership getting the same parts replaced before it inevitably quit running one day while I was on my way to work. Resolution Sought I would like some kind of explanation or apology. This car has completely bottomed out my finances and is actually ruining my credit. And I simply can't afford.
