We had an estimator come out from them to give us a price on servicing rolled down doors and our store door which needed gaskets it needed a kit put in it to keep it open so we get the estimate it's $950 the guy comes out to do the work and all he replaces was the piece that keeps the door open when you push it open and that's it and he left he said he wasn't told to do anything but that that cost us $950 . Do you importance was that we needed that door to seal when it closed and they did not replace any gaskets or fix the rolldown doors which is what we had them out there for we went over everything there's four people that can testify to what we asked him for. Resolution Sought I would like the door seals put in I would like the roll down serviced like we asked for and that's the only thing that'll make this right the guy knew that we were having an inspection from the city and that was why it was so important to get those door seals on there he wasn't confused he just didn't give a crap
