I paid for a compressor. I got a message from R&Y that it was delivered. It was not. They say it is my problem, it is not. They chose the shipper not me. Fedex says they will need to get involved, they wont. Resolution Sought The item or a refund

On Thursday. April 15th, I placed an online order and they provided me with an option to select next day delivery the 16th which is on Friday, which I selected. I didn't receive until Monday, April the 19th. I contacted customer support, they said there is a processing time. No where did they mention that, every order anyone places has a processing time. They did not have a cut off time, nothing. I ask for my total shipping refund,, they failed to acknowledge their miscommunication and false advertisement. I didn't receive my order in the time it has stated. Resolution Sought I want a my shipping refunded in the amount of $54.01.
