The "manager" Peggy Haynes is rude has hung the phone up on me

The "manager" is rude has hung the phone up on me. When I called and asked for the owners phone number so I could inform him of the issue of her yelling at employees in front of us customers being rude, snippy, short to us customers. I went back in the shop after being hung up on and she then proceeded to yell at me telling me she didn't have his number when she does...she won't even give it to the employees. And I was in there today Christmas Eve to see another employee long hair male he smelled of weed THE ENTIRE SHOP DID as well.
