Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The experience that I encountered encounter was so baffling. The manager was very rude and degrading to other employees. I knew she was wrong as she stated out here mouth. But wasn't remorseful at all and I shop there often as a consumer I was completely embarrassed. And shocked with the manager on duty on 9/1 around 430pm est time. Resolution Sought HIGHER Management needs to fully aware about the this store and I know I'm not the only complaint. And something needs to be done!
