Poor customer service!!

I'm a truck driver, I was sitting in the driver lounge area at Race Trac, because I needed to use the men's restroom and they were cleaning it at the time. I approached one of the cleaners and asked her how much longer did she think it was going to be before the bathroom was clean to use it. She walked past me without any acknowledgment that I was standing there talking to her and shook her head back and forth no. So I went to another employee and asked if they knew how much longer it was going to be and the 2nd employee asked me "how come I don't ask the person that's cleaning it", so I stated to them that the first person I asked didn't know and or gave me no real response. So I went to sit back down in the sitting area and was told that we could not be there at that time because it was closed with an aggressive voice. It was after 7pm and they stated that it closes at 6pm. The woman kept going back-and-forth with me about it after I explain to her that I had never seen a truckstop shut down an area for truck drivers this way, and begin to raise her voice even louder, so I asked why was she speaking to me that way. At that point I asked for a supervisor and the second woman I approached told me that she was the supervisor, at that point I felt that I was lost with no hope of any help. I would like for the business to improve on how they treat and or interact with customers.
