Originally I was offered the quote to replace my catalytic converter for $2500. Then later that evening the owner requoted me for $3500. Very steep increase. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't afford this so I said I'll need to come pick up my car. He then counter offered to do it for $3000. I agreed. I have all logged in text message. This was Friday. He said the part will come on Monday and It will be finished. Took then until the next following Friday and in the middle of the service wich now goes beyond free inspection so I'm entitled to pay. He requotes for $4000. When I come and pick up my vehicle my insurance covered the $3000, the mechanic says it's all paid for and I'm good to go. And he says let me just go double check. Then comes back and states yup all good and hands me the keys. Later that evening they text me saying I owe them $1000 More and they have been harassing me nonstop threatening that they know where I live and work. He says he's going to put a line on my vehicle. I'm so stressed out Resolution Sought For then to stop harrowing me and not accept they can't requote more than 10 especially twice and the second I did not agree to.

Is there a way to upload images so I can post proof that i said I was not able to commit to the second quote and requested to pick up my vehicle. I have in the owners written words that he counter offered to do it at $3000. His offer not mine. And I trustful accepted his second extremely high requote having it then delayed till 5 days later to when he said it would be finished. To not go over any details with them finishing up the repair till the night before completion raising it up even higher than the second unaccepted quote to $4000. This is not legal and puts me in a vulnerable situation. To now holding threats of putting a lien and unlawfully take my vehicle away. As if I haven't been under enough stress already having my catalytic converter stolen. Feels like someone kicking me in the head when I'm knockout on the floor. And they obsessively called and harrased me for a week. This business has put me under so much stress it has made me physically sick.

We demand that you pay your $1000.00 deductible required by your insurance company. At first you authorized to pay $3000.00 and now you refused to pay your deductible which is illegal. We gave an option with discount at $900.00 to solve and close the case while we are filing small claim court and lien against you you can make is easy with honesty resolution with commit to your responsibility
