I had a demo for a friend to do 12 demos. I told the representative that I probably couldn't get 12 people. The first demo the customer signed up for the program. The second demo the husband couldn't be there the rep would not do the demo. I know for a fact that other reps are conducting demos and the husbands not home. Yea f you are single you cannot have a demo unless you buy. I am single. The reps are all single that are conducting the demos. Very discriminating. If you are over 65 you cannot have a demo. A 65 year old can afford the product before a 21 year old can. I was told they would help me get ALL my demos. They have not. I know for a fact a customer had a demo then the next day said they didn't want to do the program or buy the vacuum, the company gave her mop and NEVER picked the vacuum up do she still using it and got it for FREE. This company is very discriminating. I do not want to do business Resolution Sought I want them to come get the vacuum and stop taking the money out of my account.

Our rules and guidelines for doing the program are very clear and she signed saying she understood them. We do not make the rules, we just have to abide by them. As far as the people conducting the demos without both people being present, that's their decision but the demonstrations don't count for the customers if they don't purchase (which is also stated in the paperwork she signed). I'm not sure who shes referring to that purchased then said the next day they didn't want the machine that we never picked up. If the customer canceled within the 3-day cancelation period, we would've picked up the machine. The resolution being sought after will not be honored. She is under contract with a finance company and that is beyond my control.
