Did not place an order, they charged my credit card for items I didn't order. Called rainbow on-line number, representative was not helpful but rude. I feel violated and unheard they said they couldn't do anything about what happened. Thank You . Resolution Sought Have someone look into why I can't reach a corporate office number...they don't have one, and I wanted them to know what happened.

Yesterday purchased a shoe for 3.00 price marked on the box Went back today and was told by the manager rudely told we dont sell shoes for 3.00 box was marked 3.00 just like yesterday And Dismissed. Called corporate to no avail Called customer service to no avail Resolution Sought Give me the refund I have the sales receipt original purchase
