I purchased a book from this company in January. It is implied that their app supplements the book and is included with book purchase. Now, in April, I was charged for a subscription to their app without authorization, no way to log in and cancel it, nor any notification or email regarding this. Others have wrote reviews that they have expirenced the same. Is this legal? Resolution Sought Refund. Explicitly state that subscription is required rather than hiding it. Allow users a way to cancel. Notify users they will be charged.
