I received my Kobo Libra Color e-reader at the end of April 2024. I used it for a few months and then it sat on my bookshelf. Earlier this month (October) I tried to charge it and it would not charge. I called Kobo customer service and we tried a few things to get it to charge, to no avail. I was told to send the defective unit back to them, which I did. It's now been two weeks since that happened. I have called back many times and could not get any information about a replacement unit being sent to me. They will not give me any indication of when a replacement unit may be sent. After repeated phone calls, I decided to ask for a refund. Please help. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the defective unit I sent back. I have the UPS tracking number and confirmation from Kobo that it was received.

My name is Tiffany. I have noticed on Rakuten before that I didn't get paid for orders. They were small amounts. This year though I made over $1000 in purchases from several different stores. I have emailed customer service. I have called and I have did request for review of my rebates. No responses nor corrections have been made. How can companies like this that have been complained on over and over and over remain in business? I want my rebates. There are purchases that I would not have made if they hadn't have offered me special rebate offers. It's not fair, it's lies, and it's terrible for business! Resolution Sought I would like someone to talk to them about false advertisement and shut them down for stealing peoples money! It would be nice to get my money!
