My car has had an electrical problem for over a week. My car was at Rally Kia on Jan 25th and I was told my battery was fine. On Jan 26th my car wouldn't start. I was getting my car jumped everyday for 5 days u til my appointment. I take my car in on the 31st and was told they had to keep my car overnight. They called me today (Feb 1st) saying there's something wrong with my battery and they need to keep my car longer. My son has been out of school two days already and they won't give me a car rental. Resolution Sought I want Rally Kia to give me a car rental and reimburse me for a car rental. This is unacceptable
