I reserved a king room. manager was very rude ,was to busy talking on the phone, was not interested in helping . Needed a room with a cot, he said dont have any. I had to ask him to find me a room that could accommodate me. He then up graded my room to a suit. TV didn't work, towels were not clean, pull out bed had no mattress cover and the sheet was dirty. dirty towels and trash behind pull out bed and furniture. We left for the day to get ready for daughter's wedding came back late around 10 pm. Noticed a/c was making very loud noise and informed office. She called maintenance guy and he trying fixing it but it still made some noise. It was hard to sleep that night and in the morning it stopped working and started Smoking . Was afraid it would start a fire. The lady (Ryan) at front desk tried finding a different room. Most were out of order she said. Finally we got a regular business king room and she said she would put a cot in it. I was now very late getting to the hall to do the things needed for my daughter's wedding. When she was helping us the manager came out and said to her ....what are you doing? She said helping them transfer to a different room. He made comments to her as if he didn't want to transfer us. My husband asked him if there was a problem and he totally ignored my husband and would not answer him. After leaving filed complaint with customer care and a email, he called me screaming, yelling and cursing at me. Said I was racist because I was w Resolution Sought I want a full refund

Consumer is not entitled to a refund. Upgraded standard king size bed to business king size bed. She ended up staying four nights and was charged only one night pet fee instead of the four night pet fees she should have been charged. Consumer was sent apology letter.
