Ordered a car part from the September 23rd 2023 they never shipped the part and the refuse to return my money back. I even filed a dispute with my bank and they still don't want to return my money. Resolution Sought Return my money

Hi Damir, You never once reached out to us to cancel your order, you just called us to ask for an eta (we have phone recording) then proceeded to leave a negative review on google talking about us not having the part in stock. We kept it professional with you and did what we had to do to assist you the best way we can but quite frankly you are the worst type of customer. You never reached out to us for a refund or to cancel your order, our customer service team has emailed, and called you several times to no avail. All it seems you know how to do is leave negative reviews. If you would like to discuss this manner further we have phones to answer your calls and emails you can reach out to. Best Regards,
