I contacted Ramos Plumbing to do a out of city sewer hook up for new installation., at 7273 Doniphan Dr. Canitillo TX. Back Nov. 11, 2021. He has not completed the work, has not call inspection and therefore El Paso Water Dept can not proceed with their installation. He is not answering calls. Or text Messages. The times he answered he only says Not to worry and that he will call me Later,. It's been three months! I feel very impotent and taken advantage off. His lic tx lic # is # m8942. I have paid 2000. To Felipe Ramos, owner . there is still a balance. (Which I have told him i will pay him as soon as he passes inspection) and $11,500. To El Paso Warer. And still no sewer, no water. If he does not answer how can I get him to finish the work?. He is just ignoring me. Please help. Resolution Sought To complete the job. So I can get the water also. Asap. And have the inspector sign the required form TCEQ 20699. By the inspector, so everyone can Proceed. Thank you.

Company states the work was completed and he was not paid in full. He had hired an inspector but was called by the City as an inspector had already been out to the house as Ms. West had hired another plumber to complete the work.
