My complaint I went to the salon to get braids individuals the lady took over 7 hours braids my hair snatching my hair all the braids were different sizes and all put in that way after she realized they were small she had already told me price and then wanted to change the price after she and her co worker seen the size and then she began to do the braids bigger in the top and front of my head after she realized they were small, but she agreed to do my braids for the 100.00 we had already negotiated the size then I was treated nasty talked to nasty became, I'm African American and there African they don't like our culture this is reason we're treated bad the business is very unprofessional and there evil people pretend to be Christian's. I asked the owner to either re-due my hair or return me my money she refused and the customer is always right, so I had to take all the braids out the same day, because they looked horrible all big braids in front of my head small braids in back where you could not see it, but the front you could see all the different sizes, my church members said my braids were different sizes, so I was embarrassed I took it all down waste money and time! Resolution Sought Return me my money I don't have the braids I took them out the same day! And went to the shop to show them they told me there not giving my money back I had a service done! Yes I had service done but was treated horrible I had to wait to go home to look at my hair because I was afraid I might get jumped by there people so my husband was very unhappy witness the horrible job and how I was treated!!!
