I bought a GPS device it will not find some addresses which totally defeats the purpose of buying one the store I bought it from told me to get in touch with Rand McNally corp. They are telling me that they can't refund me. So that is why I'm contacting you about this business. Resolution Sought Refund my money they have a device that does not do what I purchased it for.
