Just recently bought a stove from R&B's Home Source 207-474- 2400 517 Lakewood Rd, Madison, ME 04950 There's a problem with the design, as I had tried to cook in the oven and soon as I place an item in the oven the racks collapsed, food went down onto floor off the door, the racks don't set in place correctly in the oven as there are no rack slots to really hold the racks, very poor design, I contacted R&B on the issue immediately for a return/refund to purchase another stove but not the same model, and they we're not very helpful and told me it wasn't their problem then proceeded to say it was world pools issue and that I would be contacted within 24 hours here it is the fifth of January and I still have yet to be contacted when I purchase the stove on 12/11/2021. I called R&B's back to talk to the manager and they refuse to let me speak with the manager and they just kept telling me Whirlpool will call you, still no call, and sitting on a stove I can use and money spent for nothing, at this point I want to return the stove and get a full refund. As I am not very happy with the service at this business and the lack of info and attitude that I receive and not receiving any help and instead I'm getting a huge runaround and they refuse to do anything about this. Resolution Sought Return for a Full Refund of the stove.

Oh my gosh, you are like the plague. Why did you close out the Better Business Complaint as satisfied, then open this up?? Whirlpool is giving you a brand new stove as a replacement because we spend several hours , between examining your stove and being on hold with them (representing you because you don't have patients.) We have gone above and beyond.
