I took my car to Randolph center auto not to far from my house and told the guy Eli that I needed a oil change and tune up that's all I left my car with him and I he called me and told me all this other stuff and I told him all I need is a oil change and tune up so the next day I brought my car back to him and I waited but before I brought my car to him my car was driving fine as soon as his people did the work I got my car and before I could make it home my car clonked out on me it got sluggish it started smoking and my car never did that to me so I took it back and I told Eli listen my car is acting up what did your guys do to my car because it wasn't doing that he had me leave and hook the machine to it and going to tell me that it's the computer fault that is no good but he knew that from the start he just didn't want to tell me that so he went around it so I wouldn't know and the guys that did the work knew it too and now he doesn't want to fix his mistake so my car is sitting out there in the rain not being fixed because he thinks I'm going to give him more money for his mistake I am a single parent with three kids and on a fix income and I told him that an he has so many excuses I don't think that is okay what he did to my car and not I don't have a car to get my kids to there appointments and myself Resolution Sought Refund me and have him fix his mistake because he charge me all of that and what he fix wasn't anything so he ripped me off and he is trying to get more money out of me
