I called Randy Jones & Associates in August for a Home Insurance and Auto Insurance quote. I spoke to a person by the name of Ms. Virginia and I requested that she mail me the quotes. I spoke to her on three other occasions about the quotes to make necessary adjustments. I asked why was my insurance so high, and she stated that "Biden caused this inflation." I told her that I disagree with her opinion because the inflation started before President Biden was elected President. She was very rude, hostile, angry and yelled at me and became very argumentative, I told her I called to discuss Insurance not politics. She was so belligerent, unprofessional, incompetent and rude, so I told her that I would have to call back later and speak to someone else that might be more professional. She stated not to call back, I told her that I didn't want to speak to her, I wanted to speak to someone else and she hung up the telephone. I called back August 29, 2023 and Ms. Victoria answered the phone and stated that she got a report from Lexus Nexis and stated that it was a unpaid claim that was on my insurance record July 2021. I stated that was for a equipment breakdown, a part in my air-conditioned ruptured and Safeco refused to pay valid claim. She stated that she was making sure hat Travelers and no other Insurance company insure my home or car. I told her that she had no right to put this adverse, and negative information and cause me not to acquire Insurance,. Resolution Sought I would like for this company to take the 36 months before I can get adequate insurance off of my Insurance record because it is unfair, unprofessional and Ms. Victoria had no right to do this. Travelers and the other Insurance companies determine what goes on mu record, and not the agent. She did this as a result of being angry with me about the truth about what caused the inflation, She is angry with me because I didn't say President Biden caused the inflation and she was very unprofessiona
